Good morning, it is Timber Frame tuesday and as promised i would provide some information about the world of timber framing. Most people do not realize just how much, or how long timber framing has been in existance.
From castles in Europe, to temples in Japan, to barns in New England timber framing has had an impact on the ways that modern man builds and survives!
Over time I will provide an indepth look at timber framing, it's history, information about the craft,
and a general knowledge to aid those in search of the dream of having a timber frame. Until then keep a watchful eye out for there will be more to follow.
