Well it has made it back to thusday again, which means time for more log jamz. Today's topic will be sub-contractors. When choosing a sub-contractor for your project there are a few things to look into to aid in making a proper choice.
One of the first items would be reputation, does the sub work for alot of different builders or does the sub have a consistent group that they have worked for a long period? How long has the sub been in business? Have they done specialized work on either log or timber frame homes?
Above are just a few things to think about, over time i will provide much more information and some answers that are inline with what the industry as a whole feels are the best for those wanting a log or timber frame home!
